An inspired collision of industrial Victorian chic and elegant Georgian architecture cuts a dash in an old Bristol square and will surely become an iconic landmark for the city. The library with crackling fire is a grand place for a prolonged breakfast: pastries and fresh bread from Hobbs House, fruits and yogurt, charcuterie and Wookey Hole Cheddar plus an omelette station.
