This is a beautiful place to stay. The barn has everything without being fussy or cluttered. Two of our nights were cold, cold, frosty nights, but the barn stayed toasty warm. Views from the almost fully glazed barn end are straight out over the Dart estuary. We spent many hours gazing out at the rise and fall of the river tides, and checking out the bird life. Walks along the river shore in either direction (check the tides) take you to nearby villages and their pubs. January is a beautiful time to visit , very quiet, relaxing and peaceful . Wow, a absolute gem! A place I hope to visit again soon and I cannot list all the wonderful things about it. Such charming hosts and beautiful setting by the water. I renovate old building, so delighted in the thoughtful details that had gone into making this such a special place. Sitting outside and watching the sunset with the sound of the water and ducks in the background……. simply delightful.

Stunning! I am a photographer and nature lover. When I arrived not only was there the most breath taking view of the estuary but the decor and ambiance of the barn was so much more than I expected. One of the most relaxing and beautiful places I have ever been. I could not recommend it highly enough.
