Jackson's Cabin

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations-Jacksons Cabin was even better than the photographs, having the most amazing views and being such a relaxing place. It was spotlessly clean and there was everything there that we could possibly need. Charlie & Alison were lovely hosts and were available if we had needed them.There were so many lovely walks and cycle rides from the cabin and a wonderful pub, The Sussex Ox, just 5 minutes walk away. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jackson's Cabin to our family and friends, it is just perfect!

Thank you for such a beautiful stay! The crumpets and home made marmalade and jam were so delicious. Also thanks for being so flexible on our last day here. Jacksons cabin is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of London. We will definitely be back again.

My instinct was to want to stay there myself for a quiet weekend of walking and enjoying the view. I would love to get to know Alison and Charlie better just as they have become friends with many of their guests.

Jackson’s Cabin was perfect for us – providing a tranquil oasis to recharge before resuming our travels in the south of England. We love the South Downs – the Seven Sisters were spectacular as anticipated - but also thoroughly enjoyed the places only the locals know about – the Bluebell Walk and delicious dinners at country pubs. Thank you for the tips and all the extra touches, like a bottle of milk in the fridge and the lilac blossom in the bedroom window. We only wish we could have extended our stay.
