The Experience
Nod off in a hammock, raise a glass to starry skies. Welcome to your large villa surrounded by lush gardens on a nine-acre estate – immaculate and fabulous in every way and a sublime retreat.
A massive, light and airy living space draws the eye towards the floor to ceiling glass doors and the far-raching views out over the countryside and the Adriatic. Eat outdoors or in, float in the infinity pool. Find a fully equipped yoga studio for groups, and private kitchens big enough for cookery classes. Then there’s pizza making, truffle hunting, wine tasting, sailing, fishing, hiking, cycling, surfing, riding, day trips to the beach, and more. Sandy beaches are a ten-minute drive.
Discover the fortified village just down the hill, its restaurants, 15th-century gates, and elegant theatre with a frescoed ceiling. Or drop down to fun Porto Civitanova for fashion, shopping, wining, dining, and dipping your toes in the sea.

Location
The neighbourhood
A two-minute drive from the little medieval town of Civitanova Alta, you climb the hill to reach a gated estate with high hedges. There's nobody next door as they virtually own the hillside. When inside, it's another world, with almost everything on tap... from tennis court, fire pit and private pools, to yoga teachers and book-in chefs. The nearest restaurant is Hotel Casablanca, 750m.
