The Experience
Owners Nicola and Nina bring Scandi style to this neo-classical Italian villa. Rooms are elegant with grand Venetian chandeliers. Lofty cupola ceilings and traditional tiles keep the house perfectly cool in summer (there’s air conditioning too), while triple glazing and underfloor heating make it comfortable year-round; ancient cisterns collect rainwater and solar panels provide electricity.
Bedrooms welcome you with pillowy mattresses and crisp linen sheets, and the marble bathrooms have walk-in showers. The super-sleek kitchen with all mod cons will inspire aspiring chefs.
While the villa is comfortable, the real living is outside by the infinity pool or on the wraparound terrace which takes full advantage of the sweeping panoramic views down to the Adriatic coast. From your high vantage point, take in the centuries-old olive groves and ancient trullo houses the region is famous for.

Introducing
Nina & Nicola
Nicola, a TV producer, and his wife Nina from Stockholm searched extensively in Greece, Spain and Italy for their ideal holiday home in a warmer climate. They fell in love with this part of Puglia for its views, the climate and the authentic vibe. They took on a grand renovation project but now have their own holiday home above the trullo and the guest house which they hope you enjoy.
The Pompeii-red home is perched up in the residential town of Selva overlooking the flat plains below stretching to the sea. Nina and Nicolas are happy to share their plush home with guests after extensive renovation combining their inherent Scandinavian style with the local materials of Puglia – an exquisite combination. E-bike to neighbouring trullo villages. A real treat!
