1. The competition will run between 09.02.25 and 23.59GMT on 23.03.25. The winner will be contacted by 07.04.2025. 
2. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Sawday’s, Canopy & Stars, Paws & Stay and Le Shuttle and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. 
3. Entries to be submitted via the entry form at www.sawdays.co.uk/le-shuttle. 
4. The prize is awarded to one person. Travel is not included and should be organised by the winner. 
5. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  
6. The credit of £1,000 towards a Sawday’s break can be redeemed against a single stay. It is subject to availability at time of booking and must be booked and taken by 07.04.26.  
7. The prize of a LeShuttle Flexiplus ticket is for a car and up to 9 passengers.

8.i. The LeShuttle Flexiplus ticket is for a car and up to 9 passengers. All travelling dates and times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance of travel. 8.ii. The winner is responsible for arranging their own vehicle for LeShuttle travel. LeShuttle’s standard terms and conditions of carriage apply. These are available at www.leshuttle.com/uk/conditions-of-carriage 

8.iii. The LeShuttle Flexiplus ticket does not include travel insurance, fuel, toll charges, food and drink, spending money, tax, pet travel costs or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above, and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner. 

8.iv. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they (and any people travelling with them) are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents. Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and has appropriate travel insurance and car insurance (including motor breakdown cover) for the trip in question on the travel dates specified. 

9. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Any further costs, such as but not limited to, additional nights, food and drink, travel to and from the destination in addition to the prize of a LeShuttle Flexiplus ticket and travel insurance are not included. Standard terms and conditions of individual accommodations apply.  
11. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. 
12. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. 
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. 
14. The promoters reserve the right to alter the terms of competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. In the event of the prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 
15. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. 
16. The winners will be contacted by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoters reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the promoters reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges. 

Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.  

16.  In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.

20. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the competition closing. 
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.sawdays.co.uk during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does. 
22. The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion. 
23. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). 
24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
