The Farmhouse

We had a lovely stay at this Farmhouse in Portugal! The home is beautifully appointed, making it the perfect spot for relaxing and hosting friends and family. The spacious outdoor area is a real highlight, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. While a car is essential for getting around, the nearby towns are delightful to explore, and Faro is just a 30-minute drive away, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. Overall, this villa is a fantastic getaway for anyone looking to unwind and create wonderful memories. Highly recommend!

The house is fantastically located, the view from the outdoor terrace over the pool was beautiful. The area is very quiet and nothing is going on around it. However, we enjoyed it very much and we drove by car to different beaches. Every 30-40 minutes away. At the reception there was even fruit, cheese, olives, bread and a bottle of wine.

We had a great time in this typical Portuguese house. Very pleasant garden and pool area. The location is beautiful because it is very quiet but also because it is both in the countryside and very close to amenities. Anna is very responsive and friendly. We recommend this place for those looking for a peaceful and tranquil place to spend a relaxing holiday under the Portuguese sun!

The Farmhouse has been recently renovated to retain many of its original features but with fine style and great eco-credentials. Sitting on the pergola looking across the private pool with the gloriously unspoiled Eastern Algarve on the doorstep, I couldn’t imagine being anywhere nicer and would return in a heartbeat. This is Portugal at it’s very best.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless, very well equipped and the house/ grounds very spacious. Particularly nice was the pool and view/ surrounding area. We were left a lovely welcome pack and Anna gave us a warm welcome. She was very easy to get hold off and quick to help with any queries. Thank you - we had a wonderful holiday. Tips for other travellers. The steak place down the road is great. There are loads of lovely beaches (about 30min away) and the local town, Sao Brás has nice cafes/ bars etc. the people were all very friendly and the area has a lovely laid back vibe.

We have just stayed at the Farmhouse and were absolutely thrilled with it's "new" look. Although, with the restorations, the owner has retained most of it's original features, the furniture and fittings are all super comfortable and contemporary. The outside space is exceptional with breathtaking views across the unspoiled Algarve countryside. We didn't want to leave........do try the local restaurant (Rui's) which is just a quick walk away....I can highly recommend!

Excellent property. Exactly as advertised. Clean, well presented. Good location for both hills and beaches.

Plenty of space here indoors and out for children to charge about and adults to relax. You're near to wonderful beaches, good seafood restaurants, a fabulous Saturday market in Loulé and some wonderful walks in natural parks or on a guided cork tour.

Relaxing holiday home with a beautiful swimming pool and sprawling hillside views. We had a great time with some fantastic people, food, and we were able to really settle into a slower pace of life. Wonderful memories of this place!
