25% off two-night stays
This promotion to Times+ members offers 25% off two-night bookings from 1st February 2025 to 30th April 2025. We will be hosting a collection on the Sawday’s website of all of the places that are participating in the offer, and require confirmation if you’d like your place or places to be included by 20th January 2025. This will then be promoted to all Times+ members.

Terms and conditions for Sawday’s venues:
- Between 1 February 2025 to 30 April 2025, you agree that you will offer Times+ members, who quote a valid code, 25% off a 2-night stay, on a B&B basis, where breakfast is included as standard. Any additional expenses, including food and drinks or additional nights to be charged at standard rate, in line with your standard terms.
- Entries from owners wishing to participate in the promotion must be received by Sawday’s by 23:59 BST on 20 January 2025.
- The offer must be valid for Times+ members quoting a valid code from 27 January 2025, for bookings from 1 February, up to and including 30 April 2025. Venues may exclude the Valentine’s Day weekend and Easter holidays from the offer. Exclusion dates to be specified in advance (see below).
- Friday 14 to Sunday 16 February 2025
Monday 7 April to Tuesday 22 April 2025 - Booking will be advised but is not essential. Stays are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The offer must be exclusive to Times+ members – i.e. customers will not be able to access this offer except via the promotion.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all staff members are fully briefed on the mechanics of the offer.
- A full list of participating venues, including yours, will be made available at http://www.sawdays.co.uk/times+ throughout the entire offer period. You understand that details of all accepted participating places to stay will be available online.
- Exchanges, refunds, cancellations or any other changes will be in accordance with your usual terms.
- Your contract will be with the Times+ member and comes into effect when a booking / payment has been made. Sawday’s and Times+ will not be held responsible for the actions or omissions of any Times+ member.
- Sawday’s and Times+ reserve the right to terminate or change the promotion without notice.
- You agree to indemnify Sawday’s and Times+ in full against all liabilities, damages, claims, demands, legal costs and expenses arising from or in connection with or as a consequence of an act of omission by you, your employees or any third parties arising from a breach of the terms and conditions of the offer.
- All venues must enter into the spirit of the offer in order to maintain positive feedback for Times+ and Sawday’s. Where we receive complaints from Times+ members, and the venue is unable to provide a satisfactory explanation, that venue may be excluded from participating in future Sawday’s promotions.
- Times+ members must comply with the Terms and Conditions of the offer. In addition, each venue may make the offer subject to their own terms of entry, but the venue must comply at all times with the requirements of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. Sawday’s and Times+ reserve the right to investigate queries involving possible abuse or misinterpretations of the stated offer. If Sawday’s or Times+ receive complaints from customers, the venue will promptly respond to any queries about that complaint. A member of the venue’s management must make themselves available to answer any queries, where Sawday’s reasonably considers that complaints have been unsatisfactorily resolved.
- Your completed online form or confirmation form / email is proof that you agree to be part of this promotion. Sawday’s will notify all participating venues of the full details of the promotion on or before Friday 24 January.
- Once a venue has been accepted into the Sawday’s and Times+ promotion, it may not withdraw its participation without a minimum 2 weeks’ notice and prior written approval, and then only under extenuating circumstances.
